Project description

One of Nationwide’s aims is to engage with its members who are 55+ homeowners and to help them better understand the Equity Release products available, and how they can make use of the money built up in their home.

Using the Nationwide brand toolkit me and the team developed an internal and external facing explainer video, that would focus on answering the question of ‘How does equity release work?’. We created real life scenarios to demonstrate how different products could benefit peoples lives and some inspiration of what you could do with the released equity, who it was aimed at, and how to apply.

In addition to the full video, we created a shorter edit, along with some animated frames, which would be used for Nationwide’s social media channels.

The animation supported Nationwide’s reputation for total transparency and putting members needs first, using a clear and simple narrative and storytelling approach.
