Challenge

As Marston Holdings continues to grow and evolve, it needed a new set of values to guide decision-making and behaviour. Having nearly doubled in size, welcomed colleagues across nine businesses, and expanded to 200 locations across the UK, Europe, and India, the organisation is at a pivotal moment.

Solution

Creating a set of values to help achieve a stronger culture that everyone can be proud to be a part of.

The rollout was extensive, embedding the new values across multiple businesses in many different ways: including a brand launch video.

Following workshop sessions with colleagues, my key role was to launch the values with a explainer video that was played to all colleagues.
