Challenge
Launch a company wide behavioural change programme, that empowers and inspires all colleagues to deliver a 10/10 service in everything they do.
Insight
Customer satisfaction is key to establishing how well the organisation is performing and meeting regulatory requirements. Ultimately, it's the benchmark of measuring success.
Solution
Creating behavioural change campaign, 'The Power of 10', to encourage Northern Powergrid employees to work effectively individually and together.

Launch photography and video
To ensure the campaign truly resonated with their internal audience, the focus was on creating a sense of authenticity. I worked closely with the photographer and videographer to reflect the real spirit of their colleagues. With in the brand video I featured genuine examples of team members from across the business who consistently go above and beyond in their role.





Launch event
I developed the branding for the Power of 10 launch event. This event was designed to give leaders the materials they needed to cascade the messaging across the organisation, reaching over 3,000 colleagues across both office and field teams.
