The power of 10

Identity and launch of a company wide behavioural change programme for Northern Powergrid

My role

Brand Design, Art direction and Video editing

Project description

Challenge

To launch a company wide behavioural change programme, that empowers and inspires all colleagues to deliver a 10/10 service in everything they do.

Insight

Customer satisfaction is key to establishing how well the organisation is performing and meeting regulatory requirements, ultimately, is the benchmark of measuring its success.

Solution

Specific and unique to the industry they work in we created a behavioural change programme, 'The Power of 10' and Power Principles to encourage Northern Powergrid employees to be the best they can be individually and together.

Launch photography and video

To ensure the campaign truly resonated with their internal audience, the focus was on creating a sense of authenticity. In my role as Senior designer and Art Director, I worked closely with the photographer and videographer to reflect the real spirit of their colleagues. We featured genuine examples of team members from across the business who consistently go above and beyond in their roles, delivering a 10 out of 10 service every day.

Launch event

I played a key role in developing the branding for the Power of 10 launch event, held on the 10th day of the 10th month and attended by 100 senior leaders. I supported the event delivery, which provided a platform for the CEO to share a business update and introduce the Power of 10 narrative—exploring what it means for leaders and how it connects to our strategic priorities. Following the event, I created a brand video and toolkit designed to help leaders cascade the messaging across the organisation, reaching over 3,000 colleagues across both office and field teams.
