Project description
Challenge
As part of a transformational change for Yorkshire Water, I helped launch their 10-year strategy. Communicating to over 8,000 employees, as they all work towards delivering the new vision: ‘A thriving Yorkshire. Right for customers. Right for the environment.'
Insight
The water industry is experiencing a difficult period, facing adverse media coverage and many operational challenges. Yorkshire Water needed to re-engage and inspire colleagues. Ensuring they believed in the new strategy and saw a positive future ahead.
Solution
Using a storytelling approach to set the context, I helped craft the narrative and develop 'Drive to thrive'.

Internal communications
The narrative was delivered across a variety of digital and printed communications.

Delivering pre-award comms, bespoke awards, pin badges, certificates and branding at the event.






I created guidelines for ‘Drive to thrive’, giving leaders the tools they require to communicate with their teams and ensure a consistent campaign look and feel across all communications.
